What do you like most?
I love this RMS. I could go as deep as I want in order to find trends. The tool also explain why is suggesting a rate change or not to do it. All based in models not in what my benchmark is doing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Implement restrictions through the RMS would be a plus. Would be great to download a customized report for the monthly business review.
