What do you like most?
Working with Reservhotel has allowed us to offer a hotel + air booking engine on our website. we are now able to compete with OTA's as many guests want to book a package with hotel and flights in one spot. It has been great for us and it is now out-performing all OTA's for production. We are the biggest online producer of booking for our resort. We are also able to sell other amenities in the booking engine, and we can set up special promotions for wedding groups and give links for them to access special group rates. We also have been able to set up Corporate rates using a promo code where companies can book their own rate on line and include flights.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am very happy with the way the booking engine performs for us, and can not think of anything to improve at the moment.
