What do you like most?
Mirai is one of our most reliable partners. They are incredibly involved in the process of our website development, Marketing strategies and evolving components around the Booking Engine to create more opportunities for the Direct sale. They are a fantastic provider in Portuguese / Spanish market and I will forever recommend them as an outstanding partner to work with.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Difficult to find something specific, one thing that could be worked on is their technical skills in respect to crafting the website with the newest tools and using AI algorithms to verify if the website needs updates. But they are always very responsive to change requests and I am sure will continue innovating in this sphere going forward.
