What do you like most?
This CRM tool is very well optimized. To date we have not encountered any constraints on this software. Its interface is easy to use and very responsive. It is a real time saver for us, hoteliers, to manage our customer's portfolio.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing for the moment. For the use I currently have, I don't see any obstacles or areas for improvement. The statistics already speak for themselves.
