What do you like most?
A truly intelligent and intuitive system, practical and easy to use. The magnifying glass that helps you when you need it is incredibly useful. 10 out of 10. I wouldn't trade it for anything else.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the customer's extra bill, it's unclear what's paid and what's due. A column labeled "paid" or "to be paid" would suffice... So we can keep track, especially for a specific group, of who still needs to pay before we get to the final bill.
