What do you like most?
It's allowing us to provide an up to date piece of technology to our guests and owners that is interactive and desired by most, particularly with the popular apps that most people have become accustomed to using at home.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Equipment wise, we have experienced issues with the remote controls and charging discs, hoping that this could be minimized with an app that would utilize personal phones for this purpose.
