What do you like most?
BEONx has a great user interface and high level of usability. The analytical depth it provides is great for all levels using it from executives to operations to management. The level of support is also great, BEONx has a strong team of experts who are ready to solve problems and give advice.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Insight into backend data would vastly improve the use of the system. Specifically being able to pull reports and understand what the system is reading. This would help save time in problem shooting and reduce the need to go back and forth with the support teams.
