What do you like most?
Direct contact with their staff is easy and fast. They are always available and provide clear, detailed explanations whenever needed. They are also happy to arrange video calls to train new employees on how to use their system. Not only that, but their in-depth analysis gives us clear overview of how the season performed, with comparison across different channels. They also offer valuable suggetions to improve traffic, always respecting our pace and decisions, even when a certain option might be the most effective solution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I know this might sound cliché, especially in a review, but based on my experience, I honestly don't see much they could improve. For the few features that might feel less intuitive for new comes or those who aren't tech-savvy, they already offer solutions. Their website (where we manage everything room-wise), for example, can seem a bit tricky at first, but they provide free training sessions, and once you've completed one, everything becomes remarkably easy to navigate.
