What do you like most?
It's a true 360-degree solution. It covers all your needs and allows for customization in many areas. Excellent financial information. Very comprehensive for assigning tasks to the team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Bidirectional iCal would be useful for working with platforms that don't use XML, along with compatibility for entire house and individual room calendars to avoid duplicate bookings. The ability to view all properties simultaneously, if desired, would also be helpful, eliminating the need to switch between them.
