What do you like most?
We started using Sweeply housekeeping app about 5 months ago and we are loving it. It is one of the most useful things we have implemented so far and the whole team enjoys using it. It has made planning of housekeeping chores as well as communication between different hotel departments much easier. It gives a clear overview of chores, changes and work progress to each member of the team. Very straight forward, easy to use and useful app. Another thing we would like to mention that we especially liked is the communication and support from the Sweeply team, At the beginning there were some small hiccups regarding connection to our hotel software but our messages were all promptly answered and all issues fixed and followed up on. We really appreciated that.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is nothing we can think of. So far we are truly enjoying using Sweeply and it covers everything we need from a housekeeping app.
