What do you like most?
We recently switched to SHR and the customer service has been fantastic. We don't feel like a statistic or a small fish in a big pond. Issues that arise are minimal and are resolved quickly and professionally. SHR treats us like a valued partner and not just a customer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The CRS feels a bit "legacy" at times, but on par with most on the market that I've seen. I wish you could attach mulitple company profiles to a generic negotiated rate code.
