What do you like most?
What I like most about Sabre is the continuous development of the technology and the acquisition of new partners that are strategically being incorporated into their platforms to continue to improve guest-facing experiences as well as improve revenue growth for the hotels. We also have an incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and curious Sabre Account Director who is a true partner. They have taken the time to understand our business, which has enabled us to grow in a thoughtful and strategic manner. This makes all the difference in the world.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
With the purchase of Techsembly, I am excited to see the consolidation of steps and time to develop a more integrated online store, taking into account real time availability of additional experiences beyond accommodations.
