What do you like most?
Detailed organization, functionality when assigning work, since the maid schedules are already prepared, room visibility, with reminder notes. Being able to submit reports through the app makes the job much easier. Marking where items have been left behind, or whether the room is available or dirty, allows reception to view and see the map of the rooms, including whether the room has arrived and is ready or pending. We don't have to waste time calling reception or technical support. It's wonderful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Yes, I think it would be a great help if the schedules in the departure rooms were shown in the same box, both for entry and exit. And while we're at it, the system would distribute the work, although we could take a look at it later, in case something needs to be modified. That would be great.
