What do you like most?
They are still trying to sell their service after they've admitted to not supporting our company -- we are currently fighting for refund. It is enjoyable that the site which is just publicly available information stalls and restarts the searches. Data available is often incorrect. Trades supported by site do not match our trade or service. Customer Success Manager Shelly Crihfield is slow to respond if she does and fills our search with keywords that do not match our company service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Refund is extra slow. As Senior Sales Consultant Jesse Green said -- its not my job -- we aren't going to teach them how to run their site. Even if they figure it out we wouldn't come back. No need for another sales call. Salesman Dave Wilson never responds to our request to refund our payment or at least quit trying to sell site service a second time to a company they do not support.
