What do you like most?
Understanding how important the overall guest experience is and the role technology plays in this we are chose to integrate GuestTalk with our PMS and it has transformed the way we communicate with our guests before, during and after their stay. I particularly like the surveys and since utilising the breakfast survey we have no food waste and the whole breakfast service is much more efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Sync more regularly with HLS - Communicate with guests rather than booking owner - Text messaging is definitely the way forward however, still quite costly when using GuestTalk.
