Simplicity of the system with enhanced two-way integration with PMS systems, hands-on approach to channel management, robust GDS distribution and consortia opportunities and customer service improvements with the new support portal.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Enhanced e-communications with guest, more AI learning of those repeat guest signed up as members, integrated upsell tool and ability to add video to the booking engine.
