What do you like most?
It is a modern, easy-to-use and intuitive system that integrates with various solutions to optimize hotel operations. The adaptation of the team has been very simple. In addition, it allows us to obtain a lot of information about how guests behave in our hotel and adapt our operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To indicate something, it would be interesting to improve the BI metrics part by expanding the information displayed. As it is a functionality that was recently applied, it still has a lot of room for improvement.
