What do you like most?
Good personal and attentive staff that makes sure that the program is optimized to improve the overall performance of the property. Easy to get a hold of and wanting to help the users use the program to it's full potential.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There have been times where statistics have given the wrong information which has lead to reports being incorrect. This was send to as soon as it was notified by the property to PMHR.
