What do you like most?
I run about ten hotels, and Atomize is the only RMS I’ve used that doesn’t need constant supervision. The recommendations are fast, consistent, and never make me second-guess the logic. It pushes rates with real confidence and frees my time instead of taking it. Daily pricing, group handling, and autopilot features all behave the way an operator expects, not the way a developer thinks they should. I could say the same about Mews PMS.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A proper mobile app would make a real difference. Checking everything through the browser works, but it’s not as intuitive or immediate as a dedicated app. For operators who move between properties all day, that extra layer of simplicity matters.
