What do you like most?
We began using HotelAppz around a year ago and it has helped us grow our direct business and build authentic relationships with our customers. Unlike non-hotel specific CRMs, HotelAppz understands the specific needs and journey of our guests and allows us to segment and target guests based on the criteria that are important to us. As a fairly young company, we feel that HotelAppz are invested in our future and we are able to grow and develop our products alongside each other. If we have specific requests or features we would like to see their team are always helpful and take our feedback on board when making development decisions. We particularly like their email features, which we use for email automations before, during and after our guest stays. Their email builder is easy to use and we were able to set up a fairly complicated email flow without much hassle. We have also run successful email marketing campaigns through their system which has been essential in our guest retention strategy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area which we feel could be improved is the analytics and segmenting tools for the customer database - we like to be quite granular with our analysis. However, we will be migrated to their V2 in the very near future and we expect this to be fixed.
