What do you like most?
Zuzapp is very intuitive and self explanatory for both our team on property and our guests which is always a critical component to using any product so I definitely give them points in that regard.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The ROI: we saw little to no ROI after using this product over the last 10 months. It seemed like it was going to be a great amenity for our guests, but they didn't seem to use it much.
