What do you like most?
Journeytok has helped us digitize and automate a large part of our guest communication process. Managing online check-in, sending payment links, and WhatsApp automations have allowed us to save a lot of time and offer a more convenient and seamless experience. Furthermore, the support team has always responded quickly, been friendly, and willing to adapt the platform to our needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like some advanced settings to be more intuitive and for certain automations to be even more customizable without requiring support. It would also be helpful to have more reporting and statistics options to analyze communication performance and guest behavior.
