What do you like most?
Very user friendly. Support answers immediately. Open to improvement suggestions from users. Continuously improving program. Good price/service compared to other PMSs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be handy to be able to assign a certain number of rooms to a specific rate. For example if four rooms are booked at 100eur the following reservations jump 10% higher. Or to block an online reservation that is taking more than 5 rooms and indicate that they have to contact the hotel directly. But pretty difficult to implement I guess.
