What do you like most?
We've been using Loxe's self-check-in service at our motel for almost two years now, and we're renewing our contract. We're very happy with the speed of the connection between our reservation system and Loxe's system. We're also very satisfied with the responsive customer service. We highly recommend them!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Having access to automated messages via our Loxe account so we can modify them as we wish. And when modifying an existing reservation, ensuring the entry code remains the same, as it changes half the time, sometimes causing confusion for customers.
