What do you like most?
We appreciate the ease of managing reservations, bills, extra charges and guest contacts, as well as the practical consultation of operational and financial reports.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since we are a business hotel, a more efficient management of regular customers could be implemented, by showing the last applied rate and additional guests from the last reservation made in the booking screen from the planner.
