The biggest strength is the help desk! Reliable and easy-to-use software. Excellent reporting and complete management of the Booking Engine. The revenue Management System is very intuitive and customizable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only problem is related to the coincidence of bookings that sometimes happens on two different sales channels, creating overbooking.
