What do you like most?
I really appreciate the accuracy of its forecasting algorithms and the clear visualization of market trends. It gives us a reliable forward-looking view, making daily yield management much more proactive. The automated recommendations and real-time data sync are game-changers for us. Revbell saves our team hours of manual reporting, allowing us to focus more on strategy and maximizing RevPAR.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The integration with rate shoppers, particularly Rate Insight / OTA Insight (Lighthouse), needs significant improvement. We frequently experience issues with data accuracy, such as not getting the last available selling price per room type when a competitor in our compset sells out. Upgrading this connectivity or considering alternative rate shopping providers would add tremendous value.
