What do you like most?
The Blastness tools integrate well with our PMS and provide accurate reservation data, which is essential at the front desk. The channel manager keeps availability updated in real time, reducing the chance of overbookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main challenge is the interface, which is not very intuitive, especially for new team members. Some features are hidden behind multiple menus, making it easy to lose time during busy check-in/check-out periods. A clearer graphic layout and a more straightforward workflow would make the software much easier and faster to use at reception.
