What do you like most?
Thanks to the easy and seamless integration between Blastness and our PMS we have been able to manage our online distribution a lot better. We also managed to increase our direct bookings and overall revenue thanks to Blastness Booking Engine.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not much that comes to mind at the moment. It would be great if the customer services could be available 24/7 for when we need something on weekends. Although they've always been helpful in emergencies anyway.
