What do you like most?
Overall we've had a good experience with SHR Group and have continued to expand some of our company initiatives alongside the growth and development of SHR Group products. The CS, Support and Implementations teams are all fantastic and made our transition to their platform that much easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are some limitations in functionality and reporting that we wish could be addressed faster, or with more transparency into timeline. The merger with Avvio should bring positive momentum and change to SHR Group, which will hopefully address those limitations, and benefit all SHR clients.
