What do you like most?
The SHR team is always able to find ways to improve the business and customer experience with their products. CRS and CRO in particular are very user friendly applications with great functionality and capabilities.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting in CRS is one area that I'd like to see improved. When looking to do adhoc analysis the information in the standard reports is not always helpful.
