What do you like most?
The channel manager has significantly improved the way our hotel handles reservations and online distribution. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Although the channel manager performs very well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The user interface, while functional, could be more intuitive to help new staff navigate the system more quickly. At times, updates across certain channels take slightly longer than expected, so enhancing synchronization speed would make daily operations even smoother. Additionally, while the reporting tools are useful, offering more customizable templates and deeper analytics would provide even greater value. Expanding customer support availability—ideally providing 24/7 assistance—would also ensure faster resolution of any issues, especially during peak hours or unexpected system problems.
