What do you like most?
ABRA is a program, that when embraced, is a game-changer in hospitality. What surprised us is how fast ABRA showed up in our culture, service performance and ultimately our bottom line. It’s the first piece of technology that feels it was designed for luxury operations. It’s an easy going, intuitive, one stop shop data space which every member of our team can both access and contribute. It’s also a program developed by “boots on the ground” experience and data from luxury hospitality and our current tech landscape. This is the next level of service software.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently ABRA it is compatible with the programs we use, and I’m excited on the growing integrations of the product. We’re also looking forward to having AI added to the model and seeing what impact it will have.
