What do you like most?
HotelSync is very user friendly, easy to navigate through the statistics which was a nightmare for us before HotelSync. Day to day inventory running is so easy now and it saves us a lot of time and effort. Also the support is great, whenever someone from the team has an issue or can not find how to do something, they just have to ask the Ai chatbot, if not someone from their team gets involved and help you with your problem. And the last thing is the Price. For hotels our size this is very important , the quality-price ratio is excellent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When we were in the market for a pms we tried a lot of other systems. every single one did not have something that the other had. Eventually Hotel sync had everything. The only con for us, as we are a transit hotel and have many single night stays is that I would like to have a report on the discounts we give. As it is very hard to go through every single reservation to check if a discount was given. I am sure that a lot of our colleagues would appreciate this report. The mobile app is
