What do you like most?
I think Bill is the best at his job. The team is organized thorough and honest with their analytics and attribution models. They understand the goals and deliver.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting! I love it but sometimes it disconnects from the booking engine, etc and I have to email Bill to ask him to refresh the data feed.
