What do you like most?
Voucher is very useful platform. It helps improving my guest experiences with touchless options and improving the communication flawlessly. Nonetheless, it helps reducing the amount of call for the same requests and my associates can concentrate on other tasks which obviously they become very productive. Thanks for the support team of Vouch who played very important roles behind this success. One of the feature that becomes my favorite now is the Touchless in-room dinning. Since I implemented this feature for 3 months, I have received Zero complaint about wrong order, late delivery and special requests is not delivery etc. Eventually, it generated double number of order and revenue generation. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One to ask if I may. The Platform should be integrated with other hotel system such POS and HOTSOS as a completed package from the beginning. However, it was a great system and it help my hotel to earn more revenue and high colleague and guest satisfaction! Well done!
