What do you like most?
The customer service is personal and honest. They have delivered on everything promised and go above and beyond. I have lost count of the amount of times I have asked "is something like this possible" and every time it's met with a positive response that they will do there best, so far there best has always been to achieve exactly what we are after. The engine is reliable and robust, having never failed us and the back end for administration is easy to navigate on the rare occassions we use it
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am yet to find a challenge or frustration that was not addressed or resolved within hours, normally much quicker. The biggest positive is our direct contact with our account manager who is a pleasure to work with and always prompt to come back to us, keeping us updated on progress when needed. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending them in the future to anyone looking for a booking an engine that is flexible and bespoked to our specific needs and desires whilst remaining robust, reliable and without fault.
