What do you like most?
The highlight of our SHR experience has been working with our Customer Success Manager, Gilly Capon. He has been a true example of professionalism, kindness, and organization that has made all of the difference in our experience. We have joked among ourselves that if had a representative like Gilly at all of services/vendors, our jobs would be a whole lot easier!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Every issue or question we've has been promptly handled by our Customer Success Manager, Gilly Capon, to point where we've had no on-going issues that I can recall.
