Innovative products leaning towards becoming an all in one solution meeting the needs for cross channel distribution, upselling, hotel operations and guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support for independent properties is not great. The perception is that we are just a small player and go to the end of que for support logs, which can take days to get feedback on.
