What do you like most?
- Planning & reporting made easy with this suite of products - reliable both on property level and corporate level with lots of combination / consolidation options - automatic PMS data upload - very detailed pick-up information - scheduled reporting as well as ad hoc reports in all areas - overall good integration to other revenue systems as well as financial software - lots of filter options for individual preferences, better display options and overview - excellent and overall user-friendly products - data sets can be easily transferred between scenarios including many filter options - entire What if scenarios can be calculated - agile technical development - very good customer service and great support (really helpful, knowledgable and detailed in their feedback) - possibilities to customize - good value for money - software can be easily accessed from everywhere - information is always at your fingertips (e.g. on the road, in meetings or online sessions): be it history, on the books or any future planning
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- event configuration & management is more complicated in the new online version - online security means quick log-out, so you have to watch out for any unsaved data - page refresh in the rooms section not done automatically during switches - user rights maintenance somewhat complex - there should be more automatic connections between the various areas - sometimes unwanted default scenarios are displayed, which can be confusing
