What do you like most?
Very simple to use and learn Only 4-5 functionalities Extremly open, can be used for almost anything with only those few functions If introduced correctly, it can completely change the way a company communicates, works together and shares information If you like agile, project oriented company structures - look no further
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Being so easy, but yet very open and powerful, there is a strong risk that everyone within a company / team uses the tool in their own way, making it hard to have certain standards over all teams and the company. One weak point of Asana is reporting and analysis, at least in the free version. A Gantt chart presentation for waterfall projects is also missing.
