What do you like most?
Daily reports are great but the real value is logging in and analyzing the data according to the parameters you want at that time. All fully exportable to excel so easily incorporated into wider report packs. Segment movement flags are very good and the booking pace analysis is excellent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More integrations would be good and they are always adding systems when they can, however apart from this Fairmas do exactly what they say and are very good at it.
