What do you like most?
- easy access to marketing tool (sending notifications about amenities, events, etc) - user-friendly platform - nice source to upload hotel information
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Messaging system definitely needs to be improved. It would also be nice to have more filters for immediate/schedule texts (such as due-in guests/ due-out), etc.
