What do you like most?
I like that you could have multiple windows up at a time, and it was really easy to check people out. Doing journal entries was easy too.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
MSI is a Property management system for hotels up to 100 rooms, and our hotel has like 200+, so it was very slow and I wouldn't recommend it for large or even mid-sized properties.
