Outdated and Ineffective: A System in Desperate Need of Modernization

What do you like most?
This software has proven to be utterly useless in my experience. It lacks dynamism and is extremely slow in updating the proposed rates. If I were to rely on its suggestions, I wouldn't sell a single room. Although marketed as a cutting-edge system, it is only suitable for properties with very static pricing models, such as those in seaside resorts. However, for a dynamic market like big cities where the market is a fast jungle , it is entirely unsuitable. I deeply regret this investment—it's the worst software decision I've ever made. The system is outdated, and there are much more capable RMS solutions from newer companies that can genuinely automate your revenue management. I never activated the autopilot feature in Lybra because it’s simply ineffective, with a high risk of either underselling or not selling any rooms at all.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system needs a complete overhaul. It must be faster in updating rates and should proactively suggest pricing strategies rather than relying on the rates input by the hotelier. Additionally, it offers no last-minute strategy when demand surges—the price remains static. It doesn’t replace human decision-making; instead, you’re the one directing the software on what to do.
