What do you like most?
It creates a up to date communication environment for the staff who is mostly from Y generation. Its easier to reach them via social media rather than boring SOP documents and emails.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Its not as good as popular platforms yet. Should be developed to be more attractive to the users. More personalisation might be a good idea.
