What do you like most?
This software is easy to use and provides a way to track tasks that were performed for guests. It is easy to delegate tasks and show when they are complete and how long it took.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A similar software is also available within our PMS system, so it's nice to consolidate that. The more things you can do with one system the better.
