The TDH app is really good and user-friendly. It provides customers with more benefits, offers, and convenient services, making their overall experience easier and more rewarding. It is also a great tool for the hotel, as it helps us engage with customers more effectively and provide better value.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be improved is making the app even more personalized, with more tailored offers and benefits based on each customer’s preferences and previous visits. As well if there is options for tray clearance for IRD that will be amazing.
