What do you like most?
HotelSync is an intuitive and user‑friendly system offering a wide range of features and easy access to all key statistics. Its interface allows us to efficiently monitor performance and take timely action to maximize revenue. The year 2025 was our first using HotelSync, and it proved to be our most profitable year to date. The support team is consistently accessible, responsive, and willing to assist, which greatly enhances our daily operations. As we work with a large number of seasonal employees, the platform’s simplicity and the team’s dedicated assistance are essential to ensuring smooth and effective workflow.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this time, there is nothing additional I would highlight. On the few occasions when we required support or provided feedback, the team was exceptionally helpful and resolved all issues promptly and efficiently.
