What do you like most?
Previo is an all-in-one solution we use for reservation management, our booking engine, connections to Booking.com and other booking platforms, online payments, guest billing, accommodation offers, extensive reporting and smart AI tools. Everything is in one place, so we don’t have to work with several different providers. For our Hotel Zlatá vyhlídka, this is the ideal approach.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The settings are very comprehensive, so it sometimes takes a little time to find the right option. However, customer support is always there to help. We would especially like to praise the team for their helpfulness, friendliness and excellent service.
